This morning I worked OH1LWZ/M Hannu in the neighborhood of Pori (see map, click on photo to enlarge) Finland. He was one of the few stations on 20 meter. We worked with a speed of 32 WPM CW. And that's no problem with the automatic keyer. ;-)

Tonight I worked IQØRM, John from Italy with CW on 40 meter. On 30 meter I worked 9A8ZRS from Palagruza Islands, Croatia.

RSGB IOTA Contest

Just for one hour I joined the RSGB IOYA contest. On photo G5O, contest station from England. A lot of Enlish stations had a short call sign in use. I like that. I worked the following stations:

Tonight (20 July) I worked LX1SF Fernand from Oetrange, Luxembourg on 40 meter BPSK31. On photo his antenna. Also LA5BBL Kaare from Horten, Norway on 40 m. With CW I worked RW6AHO/P Mikhail from Novorossiysk, Russia on 20 meter.

This morning I worked DL1HSY on 40 meter with BPSK31 and on 20 meter 9A8ZRS Palagruza islands with CW.

A nice video from EA5BLP, it gives a good feeling of QRP and summertime. I just came back from holidays in Belgium and Luxembourg. We had a nice time and now it's time for paining activities around the house. The kids are still having vacation for 4 weeks. So my ham activities will start at the end of August. See you!
